How do I know what is possible for you to create?

Best way to find out is to mail me or fill in the contact form and simply ask. Whay I need to know is, what you are looking for and what you are hoping to achieve, then I will tell you what I have to offer.
I read that you also offer scented body products, but how do I know whether I will like the smell?"

Via the website this is indeed difficult. We offer special service to handpick the scent on your specific requirements. There is an option when you are living in Belgium to visit and try out the scent book so that I know what you like. If visiting is not an option, then you can provide me a list of single scents which you like a lot.
I want to buy a product as a gift for someone but I am not certain about their skin requirements, is this possible?"

Yes this is of course possible, although it would be better if I receive more information to really get the hand taillored product for that person.
What if I don't like the scent of the product?

We don't take returns considering the products are taillored made. We will also discuss the scent before creating the product. Best way to make sure it is as you envision it, is to make an appointment to try out the scent book.
